SPILL is a hands-on instrument powered by Electrosmith's Daisy Seed 64MB. You receive a kit — all through-hole components, faceplate, and pre-programmed brain. No SMD soldering needed (already done). Solder the big stuff, flash the firmware, and you have a unique hardware instrument ready to make noise.

SPILL Flasher Tool

Update your SPILL's Daisy Seed firmware with our desktop flasher. New features, bug fixes, and sound engines — one click to flash.

How Flashing Works

Connect your SPILL via USB-C, launch the flasher tool, and select a firmware version. The tool handles DFU mode and writes the new firmware directly to the Daisy Seed.

1 Connect SPILL via USB-C. Hold the BOOT button while plugging in to enter DFU mode.

2 Open the SPILL Flasher tool. It detects your device automatically.

3 Select a firmware version from the dropdown (or load a local .bin file).

4 Click "Flash". Wait for the progress bar to complete. SPILL reboots with new firmware.
